The 72 seals of the Goetia
The Goetia, the first book of the Lesser Key of Solomon, lists seventy-two spirits with their ranks, offices, and seals. Here is each one, with the seal as printed in the 1904 edition of Mathers and Crowley.
Rank gives each spirit a planet and a metal for its seal: Kings the Sun and gold, Dukes Venus and copper, Princes Jupiter and tin, Marquises the Moon and silver, Presidents Mercury, Earls Mars and an alloy of copper and silver, Knights Saturn and lead. Choose a purpose or a rank to narrow the list.
Working the seals on the station
On the Psychotron station the decagon stands for the triangle of art: the spirit's seal goes at its centre, over the witness, and the broadcast carries the charge for as long as the operation runs. The 72, a grimoire for the station, gives a complete operation for every spirit: the election by rank, the conjuration, the charge, the daily renewal, and the licence to depart. Its operation for Sitri is free.
The seal drawings are public-domain vector tracings of the 1904 plates; the descriptions on each spirit's page are quoted from the public-domain text of The Goetia (1904; 1916 reprint).
